Yes, our standard packages are all-inclusive and cover 3 nutritious, home-style meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) seven days a week. We offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
The security deposit is typically equal to one month's rent. It is fully refundable upon vacating the PG, provided there are no damages and the required notice period (usually 30 days) is completed.
We require a mandatory 30-day notice period for all residents. This ensures a smooth transition and allows us to process your deposit refund efficiently.
Day visitors are generally allowed in common areas until 8 PM, provided they are registered at the reception. Overnight stays are strictly prohibited for safety and security reasons.
Our properties feature 24/7 security guards, CCTV surveillance in all common areas, and biometric/digital entry systems. The standard entry curfew is 10:00 PM to ensure a safe and quiet environment for all students.
